Attorney Review
A period, common in some states, when a lawyer can review and modify a signed contract before it's final.

In attorney-review states, once a purchase agreement is signed, each party's attorney has a defined window (often 3 business days) to review, approve, or request changes — the contract isn't fully binding until this period ends.
