Buyer's Agent
A real estate agent who legally represents your interests as the buyer, not the seller's.

A buyer's agent has a fiduciary duty to advocate for you — helping you find homes, negotiate price and terms, and navigate the contract. Their commission is typically paid out of the transaction, not directly out of your pocket.
